How Billing Works

Billing Rules
- •Billing is calculated on connected talk time only
- •If connected talk time is 1 min 01 sec, it is billed as 2 minutes
- •Unanswered, busy, or failed call attempts are not billed
- •Same billing rules apply to inbound and outbound calls
- •Free minutes are pooled at the account level
- •Unused free minutes expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle
