How Billing Works

Billing Rules

  • Billing is calculated on connected talk time only
  • If connected talk time is 1 min 01 sec, it is billed as 2 minutes
  • Unanswered, busy, or failed call attempts are not billed
  • Same billing rules apply to inbound and outbound calls
  • Free minutes are pooled at the account level
  • Unused free minutes expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle
